Double Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients
1 2/3 Cups all-purpose Flour1 cup packed light brown sugar1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup water1/3 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon vinegar3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour square pan, 8x8x2 inches. In small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pan or on wire rack. Cut into 6 or 8 squares.
