* Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * 35% fat Cream, 1 cup * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbspYou will need a microwavable pyrex bowl.
Mix all ingredients
Cook 4 minutes in microwave at high intensity, then remove and stir
Cook another 4 minutes, then remove and stir
One last time, cook 4 minutes, then remove and let sit 5 minutes.
Stir with mixer for 4 minutes
Pour into a greased plate and let cool in the fridge for around 1 hour or until it has the texture of fudge.
When ready, cut into small squares (35).
