1/4 cup Boneless Skinless Pink Salmon, canned in water1/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese1 FlatOut 5 Grain Flax Flatbread1/2 cup Spring Mix Greens1/2 cup Matchstick Carrots5 sprays Wishbone Asian Silk Salad SpritzerPinch of Garlic PowderPinch of Onion PowderPinch of Black Pepper
1) Mix salmon with 2 sprays Asian Silk dressing
2) Spread ricotta cheese evenly on both ends of flatbread. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper on cheese
3) Spread salmon evenly on cheese
4) Spread mixed salad greens and carrots evenly on top
5) Spray Asian Silk dressing 3 times on veggies
6) Fold both ends of flatbread together. Enjoy
