Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats1/8 cup pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling, but plain pumpkin)1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup soy milk1 tsp ground flax2/3 cup water1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a bowl, add oatmeal and water, and microwave at 80% power for 3 minutes. Then add and mix in soy milk, pumpkin, applesauce, flax and cinnamon.

Makes 1 serving.
