Pineapple banana smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of milk1 cup plain yogurt1 cup of chunk pineapples2 or 3 bananas2 ice trays of ice2 tsps of sugar(optional)1 scoop of whey protein
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender on ice crushing setting. Blend until all is mixed and iced is crushed serve chilled. Makes 6-8 oz cups.
