All Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
1 c pecans (chopped)1 c craisins 1 c pitted dates1 c shredded coconut1 c mashed bananafresh fruit of choice
Directions
Serving size: 1 cookie

Place craisins and dates in a bowl of water to soften. Mix together coconut and pecans, add softened dates and craisins. Mash together to make a paste. Make 25 "cookies" on a pan, gently smash small amount of banana on each cookie and top with fresh fruit. Cookies do not harden, they are a little soft but taste good. This recipie has every nutrient in it that you need except vitamin D-so take your cookie and stand out in the sunshine and there you go...you got it all.
