2 Cups Granulated Sugar1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesuace2/3 Cup Egg beaters4 Cups Chopped Apples2 Cups Flour2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon2 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350, grease 9x13 pan or bundt cake pan. Sift dry ingredients, add apples and remaining ingredients.

Serves 12

Serve with a scoop of cool whip, glaze or caramel sauce if desired.
