AMAZING!!! I have been craving a coffee and this has definitely fulfilled this craving for coffee and chocolate. I substituted fat free milk and almond flavoring for the almond milk as reccommended. I added the choclate syrup to the mix and skipped the whipped cream. When I shook it up it was frothy - 3/16/10

Forget about Starbucks or McDonald's for a great Iced Coffee that doubles as a treat, one taste of this and you'll forget them forever, especially when you see the difference in calories, fat and carbs!! Unbelievably Delicious! - 3/21/10

I used fat free milk with a little almond extract, I also used sugar free chocolate syrup threw it in the blender minus the cool whip and it blended up like a shake, Yummy. - 11/3/09

    RE: GOTHOLI's Comment

    Splenda is a sugar substitute.
The almond milk could be replaced with soy milk or fat free milk.
Redi-Whip is a specific brand of whipped cream.
Hershey's is a specific brand of chocolate syrup.

I hope that helps you locate the products in the UK. - 2/13/10

Pretty good, but I think next time I'll try it with chocolate soy milk and cold coffee, not instant. But it's not bad! :) - 1/19/10

I must admit I was scared to try this, but I took the plunge. I used sweetened almond milk and sugar instead of splenda and unsweetened almond milk. My calorie count came out to 154 with the whipped cream and syrup. This will become a nice treat for me. - 6/3/10

I was a little apprehensive about trying this recipe, but finally talked myself into trying it. IT WAS WORTH IT! It tasted good enough that I felt like I was really having a big treat! Will make again - often. - 3/6/10

We traded the almond milk for chocolate soy and only put half of the Splenda. It is DELICIOUS!!! Will certainly be making this again. Healthier and it's cheaper than my usual Starbucks addiction. - 12/25/09

I've been having this every morning, minus the whipped topping and chocolate syrup. I add those when I want a treat :) - 1/18/12

My daughter just loved this. She has been raving about it nonstop. I don't drink coffee so I replaced that with unsweetened cocoa. Voila. Both are Delicious. - 7/6/10

Yummy! I had to use what I had in the house and it was delish. This may be my new morning drink...I used 1% milk, splenda mocha flavored sweetner and a packet of tasters choice instant coffee. I'll be sure to pick up the almond milk this weekend and give it a try. - 6/6/10

I am so jealous! I'm deathly allergic to Almonds but this sounds soooo good! I'm also amazed that Almond milk has only 40 calories per cup! I guess I'll try it with soy or rice milk but wish there were something more calorie comparable to the Almond :-( - 5/18/10

I took all the ingredients and put them in a bottle and shook them until blended. I have spent $4 or more at Starbucks and get a pretty good ice coffee. Now I know how to make a really good iced coffee for a fraction of the cost and calories! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe - 6/4/10

3 TABLESPOONS of Splenda? The chemical taste of all that Splenda would overpower the taste of all the other ingredients. There is some sugar in the Light Hershey's syrup and the Reddi-Whip already, so the Splenda is overkill. - 4/13/16

I really enjoyed this thanks! I didnt use the whipped cream and just added the syrup straight to the mix. very easy and a nice way to skip the starbucks price and calorie impact. Also just as good with the chocolate almond milk. - 6/20/11

I LOVED this. I don't drink coffee, so I used 2t pero and 1t unsweetened cocoa instead of the instant coffee. It was WONDERFUL. It tastes much better than a measly 58 calories! Thanks for the great recipe. - 9/18/10

Nice idea. only I will use coffee substitute, kaffree roma, looks and tastes like coffee from health food store but without the caffeine and since I am lactose intolerant, use lactaid and almond flavoring. Thanks for the receipe. can not wait.
