Simple Basil Frittata

Ingredients
6 medium eggs4 oz shredded romano cheese1 tbsp basil
Directions
Beat eggs, add shredded romano cheese, and basil. Mix well. Spray cooking spray in med. iron skillet, heat on low heat. Pour egg & cheese mixture into warmed skillet. Allow to heat until eggs are set on bottom...do not disturb!
Place skillet in oven under broiler, until light brown and eggs are completly cooked. Do not over cook. Makes 5 servings.
