Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened2 tbsp. Heavy Cream1/4 cup Chives, finely chopped1/2 lb. Smoked Salmon (or lox), diced1 tsp. Lemon Zest1/8 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 cup Sour Cream
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.

2. Stir in chives, salmon, lemon zest, pepper, and sour cream.

3. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, pita chips, veggies, etc. (NOT calculated in calories)

Makes 40 servings of approximately 1 tbsp. each or 120 servings of 1 tsp. each.
