curry roasted potatoes and squash

Ingredients
potaoes, diced , squash, peeled and cubed., onoin, sliced, curry powder, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
Directions
preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place all vegetable in a large bowl. mix the curry powder, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl. Pour mixture over vegetable and stir to coat.

Place on a baking sheet and bake, turning every 10 minute until done, approximately 25 to 35 minute. Makes 4 servings.
