1 can Black Olives, drained1/2 cup Green Olives, drained1 cup Artichoke Hearts, in brine, drainedGarlic, 1-2 cloves, peeledOlive Oil, 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Makes 2 Cups (16 2-tablespoon servings)
Process olives, garlic and artichoke hearts and oil in food processor. If needed, add water to thin. Once well blended, add balsamic vinegar and process just to stir.
Best if made ahead of time. Will keep several days/weeks in refrigerator.
