Chicken Breasts with Lemon Butter

Ingredients

2 lemons1/2 C floursalt and freshly ground pepper4 skinless boneless Chicken breasts2 eggs, beaten with 2 T water4T butter
Peel 1 lemon and cut fruit into thin slices.
Squeeze juice from the other lemon and set aside.
Pound the chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap (not necessary but cleaner) until thin and flat.
Pour flour on plate, season with salt and pepper.
Put eggs in a flat bowl, beat with a fork and add water
Melt 2T butter in a big frying pan on med-high heat
Add Chicken and cook until golden brown (3 min)
Flip chicken and cook other side until golden brown (3min)
Put chicken on a platter
Add 2T butter to hot pan. Stir in the lemon juice, loosening any brown bits, and heat through.
Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices
