Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup smart balance butter (1 stick)2T motts natural applesauce2/3 cup brown sugar2 large eggs1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 6oz package of craisins (2/3 cups)1/2 cup white chocolate chips (nestle)
Preheat oven to 375
-using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until fluffy
-add eggs, mix well
-combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl
-add butter mixture slowly, mix well
-stir in craisins and white choc chips
-drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
Bake for 10-12 min or until golden brown
Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies
