Vegan Cheez Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews1 TBS lemon juice2 tsp onion powder2.5 cups water4 oz jar roasted red peppers2 tsp salt1/8 tsp garlic powder1 heaping TBS cornstarch3 TBS yeast flakes
Directions
Blend all ingredients well. Put in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens. EAT!
