Sugar-Free Cinnamon Nut Balls

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup margarine softened3 tbsp granulated sugar replacement1 egg beaten1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat margarine, sugar replacement, egg and vanilla until creamy. Add flour mixture, stirring to mix completely.

Shape level tabespoons of cookie dough into balls and roll each one in mixture of cinnamon and walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes. remove from pan immediately.
Yields 30 cookies
