Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat Bisquick2 eggs2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp vanilla1 can (15-oz) pumpkin puree1 can (12-oz) evaporated skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into prepared pie plate (sprayed with Pam). Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

    It sounds like the spices were left out of the recipe. You have to add about 2 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice or it's pretty much boring pudding. I think it must have been a typo, as I can't even imagine pumpkin with no spices at all. - 11/25/09
