No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
1 Light margarine stick1/2 Cup No fat Milk1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips2 Cups Sugar3 Cups Oatmeal1/2 Cup Coconut2/3 Cup Low Fat Peanut Butter1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Serving Size: 1 Cookie

Combine margarine, milk, sugar and chocolate chip in a saucepan. Heat to a roaring boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Add oatmeal and coconut. Drop cookies onto waxed paper.
