Red Beet Salad

Ingredients
5-6 red beets medium size, boiled1 apple, peeled and diced1-2 tbls raisins1 tbls of any vegetable oil you usesalt
Directions
makes 6 0.5-cup servings
Boil redbeets (or bake in microway - it is much faster), peel and shred. Add 1 peeled and diced apple, raisins salt and oil. Mix and serve. For garlic lovers - add 1 minced glove. For nuts lovers - add 1 tbls chopped pecans or walnuts.
This salad may be used as spread on toast or cracker.
