Veggie Loaded Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans of diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce2 tbs. olive oil1 tbs. oregano1 tbs basil2 bay leaves1 tsp salt4 tsp minced garlic1/4 of a yellow onion, chopped2-3 tbs red 1 zucchini, sliced.5 cup sliced muchrooms
Directions
1. add olive oil to warm sauce pan, adding herbs, onions, garlic, zucchini and mushrooms. cook until zucchini and mushrooms are soft.
2. add red wine, stirring into previously added ingredients.
3. add cans of tomato products and stir.
4. cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally for about 1-2 hours.
