200 Calorie Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
5 egg whites1 whole egg2 vegetarian sausage patties4 tablespoons chunky salsa2 slices fat free american cheese
Directions
Brown sausage and crumble up into chunks. Scramble egg whites and whole egg together. Pour over sausage and stir to scramble until done. Set aside.

In a clean skillet, warm each tortilla for 10-15 seconds on each side. Put the tortilla on a plate. Place a half-slice of cheese on the tortilla. Put a quarter of the egg/sausage mixture on top of the cheese. Top with a tablespoon of salsa. Fold up bottom of tortilla and roll over each side. Flip over to let set. Repeat for each burrito.
