Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
4 eggsPie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 cupBacon - Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon 8 slices ( You can also use regular bacon)Onions, raw, 1 mediumSwiss Cheese, 0.75 cup, shreddedsalt and pepper to taste (about 1 tsp each)
Directions
Prebake the pice crust for about 10 minutes in a quiche or tart or pie pan. Pierce the bottom of the crust and if you have them, use pie weights or pie beans to weigh the crust down.

Mix together eggs, milk, sour cream salt and pepper. Mix in the cheese.

If you are using real bacon, now is the time to cook it up.

Put onions and bacon in crust then pour the egg mixture in. Place back int hte oven and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, until it doesn't jiggle and the egg is starting to brown.
