Spicy Chicken Sausage Pasta

8 Oz. Bowtie Pasta5 Links Sundried tomato Chicken Sausage, sliced1 Onion, Chopped1/2 Red Pepper, Chopped1/2 Yellow Pepper, Chopped1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Can Diced Tomatoes2/3 Cup Shredded Parmesean Cheese3 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
I divided this recipy into 4 servings.
Cook pasta.
While pasta is cooking:
In a skillet, saute the onion and peppers with olive oil until tender. Add sliced sausage and crushed red pepper and cook through. When sausage is cooked, drain diced tomatoes and add to skillet. Continue cooking another 5 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta to mixture and toss with shredded parmesean. Add additional crushed red pepper to taste.

This recipe is delicious and so easy to make! I had to DRASTICALLY reduce the amount of crushed red pepper though. The first time I made it, my husband and I both started to sweat! I used 1 tsp of crushed red pepper and also added 4 Tbsp of milk when I put in the diced tomatoes. - 2/13/11
