Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
3/4 cup diced onion1 tsp minced garlic1 1/2 cups chopped celery1 1/2 cups diced potatoes1 1/2 cups water1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper3 cups fat free milk3 tbsp wondra or flour3/4 pound pre-cooked shrimp3 tbsp margarine
Directions
Begin by sauteing onion in a large sauce pan until soft and transparent. About 5 mins, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds longer. Then add celery, potato, onion, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend milk and flour then stir into potato mixture. Add shrimp and margarine and continue stirring until thickened and bubbly.
