Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken

Ingredients
20oz. Chicken breast - skinless, boneless1/2 cup Iron Chef Teriyaki Panko bread crumbs1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese - grated1/2 tsp Garlic Salt1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp Green Tobasco
Directions
Clean and dry the chicken breasts.

Put Egg-Beaters and tobasco in a shallow bowl.

Put panko, parmesan and garlic salt in a separate shallow bowl.

Place a breast in the egg mixture, turning over until coated.

Dredge in panko/parmesan mixtrue until coated.

Place in a baking dish.

Repeat for until you have used up the chicken.

Bake at 380 for approximately 18 minutes.

Turn chicken over.

Broil on high for approximately 3 minutes.

Remove from oven.
