Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
-2 cups flour-1 tsp salt-2 tsp baking soda-3 tsp cinnamon -¼ tsp baking power-2 cups sugar-3 tsp vanilla-1 cup oil (I usually use less. Somewhere between ¾ cup and 1 cup)-3 eggs-2 cups grated zucchininuts are optional
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into muffin baking sheet. I usually get about 24 muffins out of the recipe so you can always cut it in 1/2 for less. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before removing.
