Apple Crisp for One

1 medium to large apple, peeled, cored, and diced or sliced1 tbsp granulated sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp ground cloves1/8 tsp ground allspice1 tbsp brown sugar5 sprays of Olivio spray butter
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice.
3. In oven-safe dish, toss apples in sugar mixture.
4. Combine oats and brown sugar. Sprinkle over top of apples and spray with butter.
5. Cook in oven for about 15 minutes or until apples are bubbly. Serve with low-cal whipped topping (not included in nutritional info).
