Banana Nut Bread with Splenda

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Canola Oil1/4 Cup unsweetened Apple Sauce1/2 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for baking2 Eggs beaten3 ripe bananas mashed1 Cup All Purpose Flour1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1 Tsp. Baking Soda1 /2 Tsp. Baking Powder1/4 Tsp. Salt3 Tbs. 1% Milk1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract1 Cup Chopped Walnuts1 Tsp Orange Zest1 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Allspice1/4 Tsp. fresh grated Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.F. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and applesauce with banana pulp and beat well. Add sifted dr;y ingredients, milk,and vanilla. Mix well and stir in walnuts and orange zest. Pour into pan and bake for about 1 hour. Cool well and store overnight before cutting. Makes 1 loaf or about 18 1/2 inch slices.
