Stir-fry cabbage

Ingredients
4 cups chopped cabbage2 tbls olive oil
Directions
Chop up half a cabbage about 4 cups. Add oil to fry pan and and heat, add cabbage and stir-fry till softened and slightly brown. Makes 4 1-cup servings.

    I did this and kicked it up a bit with a few red pepper flakes and a wee bit of low sodium soy. It served well with Asian steamed shrimp. - 1/9/11
