1 large tortilla (190 cals)25 g spinach (fresh)33 g cucumbers (sliced)20 g carrots (shredded)1 tbsp miracle whip33 g green bell pepper (in slices)27 g onion (in rings)1 plum tomato
This makes 1 serving! Smooth miracle whip on tortilla, layer with veggies. Add salt/pepper if desired. Roll tortilla up (like a burrito). Cut in half or enjoy whole!
