Ingredients
I can Chopped Mild Green Chili0.75 cup Old El paso Enchilada Sauce3/4 cup Fat Free Half & Half, Land of Lakes2 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese3 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese 0.75 Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese0.75 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese6 Chicken Breast halves
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, enchilada sauce, green chilies, half & half and chili powder in a large mixing bowl.
3. Arrange the chicken in a sprayed 9 by 13 cooking dish and pour the mixture over the top.
4. Bake in the oven until the juice runs clear.
