Ed's Light Spicey Healthy French Toast (slice)

* *Light Whole Wheat Bread, 6 slices * *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 4 serving * Milk, 1%, .25 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp) * Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp * Allspice, 1/8 tsp * Cloves, ground, 1/8 tsp * Nutmeg, freshly ground, 1/8 tsp * Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp * *Domino Sugar n Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 1 1/4 tbsp
mix thorughly the egss, milk, extract, cloves, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
Soak two slices of bread at time in mixture.
While soaking melt a pat of margarine blend in non stick fry pan
Place bread in pan and fry on medium until nicely browned on both sides.
Place in warm oven, and repeat with remaining slices.
Remove from pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and maple syrup.
