Healthy Crumble

Ingredients
1 cup each apple and rhubard, 1/2 cup wholemeal flour, 1 cup oats, 1 oz Tesco Healthy Living Enriched Sunflower Spread, 6 Tsp. Splenda
Directions
In ovenproof dish place the fruit together with 2 tbs. cold water and sprinkle with 2 tsp of Splenda, reserving remaining Splenda for topping. In seperate bowl rub the flour into the spread until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the remaining Splenda and Oats and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over the fruits and cook in Gas Mark 4 oven for approxinately 30 minutes. Serve with topping of choice.
