Whey Protein No Bake Chocolate PB Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 c. Promise Light margarine2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein10 Splenda packets1/2 c. skim milk2 c. Quick Oats1/4 c. Peanut Butter1 T. vanilla extract
Directions
Boil margarine, protein powder, splenda, and milk until thick. Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and then oats. Drop onto waxed paper or a sprayed cookie sheet. Place in fridge to cool.
