Lentil, chicken and ginger soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 onion, chopped1 garlic clove, chopped1 tsp ground ginger2 tsp garam masala1200ml. chicken stockchicken meat from 1 roasted chicken (around 1 - 1.5 lb)1 carrot finely chopped1 parsnip, finely chopped1 lemon, cut in half225g puy lentils250 gr. low fat natural youghurtpepper
Directions
First prepare and roast chicken in the oven, use your own mix of spices and little salt
Heat the oil and fry onion and garlic
Add spices and stir for 1 minute
Add stock, chicken meat (which has been removed from the bone and skin discarded) vegetables, lemon and lentils and cook for around 30 minutes
Remove from heat and remove lentil.
Put soup through a blender and add youghurt, season to taste and serve.
