Spicy London Broil

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp ground cumin1/8-1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper1/8 tsp cinnamon1 lb. London Broil (about 1" thick)
Directions
1. Preheat the broiler. Spray a broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray

2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, pepper and cinnamon. Place the meat on a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle both sides with the spice mixture; let stand about 15 minutes.

3. Broil 5" inches from the heat until cooked through, 5-7 minutes on each side. Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing thinly on an angle against the grain.
