whole wheat apple banana pancakes

Ingredients
1 extra large egg3/4 c skim milk1 T brown sugar 1 c whole wheat flour3 t baking powder1 T canola oil1/4 t salt2 bananas mushed up ( I use frozen)1 c chopped apples14 pecan halves-chopped
Directions
mix all ingredients well. be sure not to overmix after the flour addition. Drop on hot sprayed griddle to make 4" pancakes. Makes 8 pancakes. Two cakes = 1 serving.
