Ingredients
3 Bananas50g white chocolate chips1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Directions
Remove any stringy fibers from the peeled banana, then cut it in half widthwise. Push a Popsicle stick into each half through the cut end, then cover each pop with plastic wrap and freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
Next, place 50g of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high until melted (it generally takes about 1 minute). With a butter knife, spread the melted white chocolate on the frozen banana halves.
Set the pops on a waxed-paper-covered dish. Press on dark chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.

I tried this twice, the first time, the chocolate would not stick to the banana. The second time the water got into the chocolate from the frozen banana's. It was a disaster. My friend was trying to make them for her sons class, waste of time and money, but a cute idea if it worked! - 11/2/11

Made these fun little ghosts as a special treat to end our Halloween dinner. The kids loved them, and I enjoyed the fact that they were relatively healthy. - 10/31/10
