Lemon-Rosemary Chicken Salad Topper

Ingredients
1 small boneless, skinless chicken breast half (4 oz) cooked, finely chopped (about 1 cup)1/4 c. finely chopped celery1/4 c. Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise1 tsp. grated lemon peel1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary1/4 tsp. ground black pepper24 Wheatsworth Stone Ground Wheat Crackers2 large curly leaf lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine all ingredients except crackers and lettuce. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Top each cracker with a small piece of lettuce and 1 teaspoonful of the chicken mixture just before serving. Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
