Pumkin Oat Muffins

1.5 Cup Rolled Oats 12 Egg whites1 Cup Pumkin ( Libby's 100% )1 Tsp Pumkin Pie Spice.25 tsp Baking Powder.75 cup Splenda
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.
Put 1 cup of the oats in food processor, grind into oat flour.
Pour oat flour, .5 cup whole oats, spice, baking powder, and splenda into mixer bowl and mix.
Add pumkin, egg whites, and vanilla extract, blend into batter.
Fills 6 "Large" Muffins.
Bake 20-25 minutes,
( Insert tooth pick into center done when tooth pick comes out clean )
