5 minute black bean & veggie burger burrito

Ingredients
* 1 whole wheat torilla* 1/2 Boca Vegan veggie burger, or Morningstar Vegan Griller* 1/2 cup black beans* 2 tablespoons Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese* 2 tablespoons salsa* 1 handful of spinachSriracha to taste
Directions
cook the veggie burger in the microwave per package directions.

spread the tofutti and salsa onto the tortilla.

cut the veggie burger into slices and place onto the tortilla.

add the black beans (if using canned, rinse them beforehand)

add a handful of spinach.

add sriracha, salt & pepper to taste.

roll up and enoy!
