1 lb ground beef1/2 onion, chopped1/4 cup of water2 cans (10.75oz each) of any "Cream of" soup1 bag frozen veggie (broccoli or green beans is best)1 bag tator totsNote: Nutrition is based on using broccoli, Cream of Mushroom, and Cream of Celery.
1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Brown beef in skillet. Drain.
2. Lay beef evenly throughout bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chopped onions on top.
3. In a bowl, combine both cans of soup and water. Stir to blend.
4. Spread evenly over ground beef/onion layer.
5. Add frozen veggies to pan on top of soup layer.
6. Last but not least add the tator tots to the top. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the veggies in the middle are done.
7. Enjoy!
