Turkey Vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey - 93% 1T olive oil2 cloves garlic crushed.5 C chopped onions4T parsley.25C chopped celery3-4 springs of thyme5-6 carrots diced1C shredded cabbage4-5 cans beef broth - low fat & sodium.5 can tomatoe paste2C corn2C green beans1.5C peas2 cans garbanzo beans4 med potato diced
Directions
Simmer garlic & onions tioll soft. Add turkey and brown meat. Add celery, carrots, cabbage, 1 can beef broth, and 1/2 can of tomato paste& parsley, & thyme. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Let simmer at least 30 minutes for flavors to come together. Then add remaining ingredents and let simmer on low for about 3 hours.
