Shrimp & Carmelized Onion Pizza

Ingredients
Ingredients:Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Wheat Flour Pita Bread, 1 serving (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)WW Mexican Shredded CHeese, 0.25 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki, 1 tbsp (remove)Shrimp, raw, 8 large (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large, chopped (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Saute sliced onion in 1/2 t olive oil until very soft and slightly brown. Add 1/2 T terriyaki sauce and cook for another minute. Rub 1 t. olive oil over pita and top with cheeses. Spread onions over cheese. Stir-fy shrimp, cut in half, over med-hi heat with 1/2 T terriyaki sauce. Add chopped mushroom and cook for 2 min. Top onions with shrimp & mushrooms. Cook in oven for 8-9 minutes.
