Ginger spiced salmon

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice1 1/2 t grated lime peel1 t ground ginger1 t allspice2 t olive oil1/2 t Splenda1 t Mrs. Dash4 4 oz salmon filets
In a 2 quart dish, combine lime juice, lime peel, ginger, allspice, olive oil, splenda and Mrs. Dash. Add salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refridgerate 30 minutes.
Lightly oil grill rack, and preheat to medium high. Cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade when you turn it. When fully cooked, salmon should flake easily.
Makes 4 3-4 oz servings.
