oat bannana muffins

Ingredients
3 bannanas4 egg whites4 cups oats1 cup 1% cottage cheese1TSP baking powderpinch vanilla, cinnamen, baking soda
Directions
grind 2 cup oats in blender,

mix all ingrediants together and put into muffin tins. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes.

mix 4 scoops protein powder with a little water and splenda to make "frosting"
