Directions
Egg, fresh, 4 mediumAmerican CheeseJimmy Dean Turkey Sausage PattiesWhole Wheat English Muffin, 4 muffin
Mix eggs in bowl, then place them in a non-stick pan. Cook on medium heat (like your making an omelet). Flip the egg over in pan, and cook opposite side. While eggs are cooking, slice the english muffins. Set aside.
Unwrap and slice each of the cheese slices in half, then half again. Set aside.
Place eggs onto plate, and slice in half, then half again (like your cutting a pizza). Place two pieces of cheese, then Turkey sausage on english muffin. Place one slice of egg, and 2 more pieces of cheese on top, then add the top of the muffin. And repeat for others.
Once cooled, you are able to freeze these, and re-heat for a quick on the go meal.
To lower calories, you can replace the Large Eggs with an egg substitute (ie Egg Beaters) or you don't have to add cheese.
