Apple Fruit Muffins (no sugar)

Ingredients
1 cup mashed banana.8 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 tablespoon apple peel (grind whole apple against metal shredder)2 tablespoons olive oil1 ¼ cup rice flour or brown rice flour1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch-free baking powder
Directions
In large bowl mix, bananas, apple peel,apple sauce, and oil. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Fill six 2 1/2 inch nonstick muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for
20-25 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
