*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)Parsley, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
cut tomatoes and cucumbers to cubes and mix them with parsley well add dash of salt and drops of lemon juice to taste
makes 2 servings each one cup
