Beets - boiled or canned in no salt added. - 1/4 cupOrange - Low sugar yogurt - 1 cupSplenda - 6 more or less packagesCinnamon - 1/2 teaspoons
Directions
Put beets, yogurt , Splenda and cinnamon. Puree till smooth in a blender.
